摘 要:首次报道合成了GaW_(12-n)Co_n(n=1,3)柱撑ZnAl型硝酸根阴离子粘土。经元素分析、XRD、IR和DTA等表征,杂多阴离子确已嵌入阴离子粘土层间,得到了底面层间距为1.46nm的大层间距层柱微孔材料。催化实验结果表明,柱撑产物对邻苯二甲酸酐与2-乙基已醇生成邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)酯化反应有较高的催化活性。ZnAl type anionic clay pillared with heteropolyanions,GaW(12-n)Con (n=1,3).were synthesized by the ionexchange reaction.The pillared products were characterized by XRD, IR, elementary analysis and DTA, which confirms that the heteropolyanions have been intercalated into the interlayer of anionic clay,and the layered microporous materials with large basal spacing of 1. 47nm have been obtained. Catalytical tests show that the pillared derivatives have higher catalytic activity for the formation reaction of DOP.
