摘 要:采用HRP顺、逆行束路追踪法,对中华大蟾蜍延髓听觉核团的纤维联系进行了研究。将HRP分别注入内耳囊和延髓上橄榄核。在同侧第八脑神经和延髓背侧核获得顺行纤维和终末标记;在双侧延髓背侧核(对侧为主)获得逆行标记细胞,顺行终末标记出现在同侧外侧丘系核及中脑半环隆枕主核和对侧上橄榄核。The fiber connections of auditory nuclei of medulla oblongata in toad were studied using anterograde and retrograde HRP tracing method. After injecting HRP into the inner ear and the superior olivary nucleus (SO) respectively, anterogradely labeled fibers and terminals were found ipsilaterally in the n Ⅷth and the dorsal medullary nucleus (DMN). Retrogradely labeled cells were observed in bilateral DMN with contralateral predominance ,anterogradely labeled terminals were found ipsilaterally in the lateral lemniscal nucleus (LLN) , principal nucleus of torus semicircularis (TP) and contralaterally in the SO.
