摘　　要：分析了影响涡流传感器温度漂移的主要因素，提出一种减少温度漂移的有效方法，理论和实践结果表明此方法有很好的温度漂移补偿效果。In this paper, the major factors of temporature drift to affect eddy current transducers areanalyed.After that an effective methtal to decrease temporature drift is put forward.Analytical andexperimental results show that this method has very fine effect on compensation of temperature drift.
