煤在流化床中干燥传热特性的试验研究

摘  要:对于煤在流化床干燥过程中的空气动力特性、传热特性、干燥特性和分选特性等进行了试验研究,获得了分布权阻力特性曲线和料层阻力特性曲线以及流化床干燥煤传热系数关联式和干燥过程相对含水率的准则数关联式.试验结果还表明,调节下卸料口开度可以获得一定的分选效果.Abstract Experimental studies concerning the aerodynamics,heat transfer,drying and distribution properties of coal in fluidized beds, during its drying process,have been conducted,herewith obtaining the resistance characteristic curves of the distributing damper and those of the fuel layers,as well as a correlating equation for the heat transfer coefficient of the drying coal in the fluidized bed and also one for the relative moisture criteria during the drying process.Experimental results show that an effect on distribution may be obtained by regulatingthe opening of the disposal pipe.
