绍兴家鸭腺胃生长抑素免疫反应细胞的年龄变化

摘　　要：用ＡＢＣ免疫组织化学方法，标记０—２２周龄期绍鸭腺胃生长抑素免疫反应细胞（Ｄ细胞）。观察细胞形态、分布，计数腺胃内Ｄ细胞数目及其与体重、胃重的关系。结果表明；１．腺胃内Ｄ细胞形态多为圆形、卵圆形，单个散在分布。主要位于腺胃腺叶的内侧区和中间区。２．腺胃内Ｄ细胞数随周龄增加而渐增多，至１８周龄达顶峰，２２周龄开始减少。此变化规律用二次曲线方程Ｙ＝０．１０２＋４．４５２Ｘ—０．１４２Ｘ～２反映， Ｒ～２＝０．９５（Ｐ＜０．０１）。３．Ｄ细胞数与体重在６周龄后开始出现负相关，至１８周龄达显著负相关，ｒ＝－０．８２９（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Ｄ细胞数与胃重在各周龄期均未见明显相关。The somatostatin -immunoreactive cells (D cell) of proventriculus of Shaoxing ducks from 0 (the day after hatching) to 22 weeks old were marked by means of ABC-immunohis- tochemical technique to study their shape and distribution. The number of D cell in glandu- lar lobule of proventriculus and its relations with the body and stomach weight were also calculated. Results: 1) Most of the D cell in proventriculus were round or oval and scattered in the inner and central zones of glandular lobule. 2) The number of D cell in proventriculus increased with the increase of age and reached its maximum at the 18 weeks old and then decreased gradually at 22 weeks old. This change could be described by the following quadratic equation Y=0.102+4.452x-0.142x^2, R^2 = 0.95 (P<0.01). 3) There was no correlation between the number of D cell and body weight from 0 to 4 week old ducks; however, a nagative correlation existed after 6 weeks old and at 18 weeks old ducks. (r=-0. 829, P< 0.05). 4) The stomach weight had no relationship with the number of D cell at different ages of the tested duck.
