摘 要:通过研究中国石龙子(Eumeces chinensis)选择体温、临界温度及实验温度对该种的体温,疾跑速、摄食量,食物通过时间、表观消化系数、同化效率和生长的影响发现:中国石龙子选择体温为31.2℃,临界高、低温分别为42.3和6.3℃。恒温室内中国石龙子的体温与实验温度接近。温度对中国石龙子的疾跑速有显著影响,34℃中动物疾跑速最高,过高或过低实验温度中的动物疾跑减慢。温度对中国石龙子食物通过时间、单位体重摄食量、粪尿能值,表观消化系数和同化效率均有显著的影响。温度对食物通过时间有显著影响,30℃以上各温级中动物的食物通过时间差异较小。24℃中的中国石龙子摄食量,表现消化系数和同化效率显著低于其他较高的温级。实验温度对中国石龙子生长率的影响在统计上不显著。但28℃中的动物显示最大的生长率。Several aspects of the thermal biology of the skink (Eumeces Chinensis) were determined in laboratory experiments. The selected body temperature, critical thermal maximum, and critical thermal minimum of the species were 31. 2, 42. 3, and 6.3℃, respectively, All physiological functions examined were strongly dependent on temperature. For skinks, at a constant temperature room, the body temperature was almost the same as the room temperature. The sprint speed increased rapidly within the range 18-34℃ and then exhibited a decline at temperatures above 34℃. The food passage time decreased rapidly within the range 24-30℃ and then apparently levelled. The average food intake increased from 52. 4 to 140. 5 cal. g-1. day-1 between temperatures of 24 and 28℃. The skinks at temperatures above 28℃ consumed less food than those at 28℃. Temperature had significant effects on energy contents of feces and urine, apparent digestive coefficient (ADC), and assimilation (AE). Over a wide range of temperature, the skink had small differences in both ADC and AE. An exception was the skinks at 24℃. which exhibited obviously small ADC and AE. No statistically significant differences in growth rate were found in experiments, but the skinks at 28℃ exhibited relatively higher growth rate.
