摘　　要：本文建立了圆钣自由胀形过程的回弹理论公式。试验证明该公式成功地揭示了工件的稳定相对高度ｈｐ以及与材料性能有关的材料综合性能指数Ａ、Ｂ对回弹的影响规律。A formula analysing the spring back of the circular components formed in the free bulging process is developed here.The experiment results show that the formula can be used for describing the effect of rulers, such as hp, the stable relative height of the workpiece,and the material combined behavior indexes A and B, on the spring back of the piece.
