摘  要:合成了水系热反应性聚氨酯整理剂DPU,制备了相关催化剂和防沉淀剂,研究了整理剂浓度、催化剂的种类和浓度、焙烘温度对整理棉织物的折皱回复性、断裂强度以及白度的影响。此外还考察了整理剂DPU与DM DH EU类整理剂混合使用的可能性。Thermo-reactive aqueous polyurethane of anti-creasing agent DPU was synthesized. Catalyst was also prepared with a nonionic surfactant and orgnometallic compound. The DPU and its catalyst were applied in the anti-creasing finishing of cotton fabric using pad-curing process. Factors affecting the process were investigated, such as the concentration of DPU, nature and concentration of catalyst and temperature of curing. Evaluation of the finished fabric was made with respect to crease recovery angle, tensile strength retention and whitenese. When the process with DPU and DMDHEU-based anti-creasing agents and MgCl2. catalyst was carried out in a single bath, an anti-precipation agent DAO was necessary.
