摘 要:本文采用国产聚醚醚酮(PEEK)原料研制PEEK纤维。系统研究了熔融纺丝温度、热甬道温度、牵伸工艺等对PEEK熔融可纺性和纤维物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,PEEK在高于370℃温度条件下具有良好的熔融可纺性;低热甬道温度使初生丝保留一定程度的大分子取向;190~250℃温度范围内牵伸所得的纤维具有良好的力学性能。In this paper, PEEK fibres were prepared from the PEEK resin made in China. The effect of melt-spinning temperature on the spinning property and that of spinning channel temperature and drawing condition on the physi cal and mechanical properties of PEEK fibres were investigated. The results showed that the PEEK resin had good melt-spinning property at more than 370 ℃ temperature, the molecular orientation of as-spun fibres increased with the zone temperature decreasing of spinning channel and the PEEK fibres drawn at the temperature ranging from 190-250 ℃ had good mechanical properties. In general, the PEEK resin of China possesses good melt-spinning character.
