摘　　要：本型号是在SFQ-Ⅰ型基础上作较大改进后的一种新型清棉成卷机自调匀整装置,它保留了原有系统的特点,采用8098单片机代替8749单片机作双曲线函数转换,提高了采样速度,并将天平罗拉的转速反馈到输入端进行处理后得出新的khv值与标准值进行比较,自动修正其误差。还能在生产过程中随时显示或打印出每米棉层的重量,做到成卷的重量合格率在95％以上,均匀度在1.2％以下。The automatic evenness control system type SFQ-II is improved based on the type SFQ-I . It retains the good characters of precedent type using cheap microprocessors 8090 to replace 8349 with an increase of the sample taking speed and the revolution feed back of pedal roller to input end, etc. This system can exhibit the lap weight per meter, and print out the data on line. Consquently the system can have the result of the acceptability percentage more than 95%, and the lap evenness less than 1.2%.
