芦笋根中菝葜皂甙元的气相色谱测定

摘　　要：芦笋根粉末经提取、分离得到菝葜皂甙元。利用ＧＣ－ＭＳ、ＩＲ、并与气相色谱保留值比较进行定性分析，气相色谱外标法定量测定，同时考察了气相色谱定量测定的回收率和水解时间对测定值的影响。实验结果表明，风干芦笋根中菝葜皂甙元的含量在１％以上。The content of sarsasapogenin in the root of Asparagus officinalis Linn was obtained by extraction and separation.The qualitive result was got by using GC-MS,IR,and comparation with standard of GC analysis.The amount of sarsasapogenin was determined by the external standard method of gas chromatography.The rate of recovery of the method and the effection of thehydrolysis time to the determination were studied.The result showed that the amount of sarsasapogenin in the dried root of Asparagus officinalis Linn was above 1%.
