摘  要:对硅油毛细管柱的动态涂渍条件进行了研究。通过条件试验对固定液粘度、浓度、涂渍速度及溶剂性质等条件的影响进行了比较和讨论。在所选定的条件下,用动态法制备了聚甲基苯基硅油毛细管柱,并进行了色谱评价。结果表明,用动态法涂渍硅油固定液可取得与静态法相同的效果,而制柱周期比静态法显著缩短。The effects of dynamic coating conditions on the performances of silicone oil capillary columns were studied. The conditions included: stationary phase viscosity, coating solution concentration, coating speed, and solvents. The experimental results indicated under the optimum conditions the performances of the silicone oil capillary columns coated by dynamic method were comparable to the columns coated by static method. The highest column efficiency was 4200/m. However, the coating time of dynamic method was much shorter than static method.
