反相高效液相色谱法分离铂族金属及其伴生元素

摘　　要：本文报道以2-(6-甲基-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(MBTAE)作柱前衍生试剂,以甲醇/水=82/18(V/V),含 10mmol/L pH 5.0醋酸盐缓冲溶液,10 mmol/L水杨酸钠,5 mmol/L TBA·Br作流动相,反相高效液相色谱法定量分离测定 Ru(Ⅱ)、Rh(Ⅱ)、Pd(Ⅱ)、OS(Ⅳ)、Ir(Ⅳ)、Pt(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ).当S/N=3时,各金属离子的检出限分别为(ng/mL):Ru 2.14,Rh 0.10,Pd 0.46,Os1.11,Ir 1.20,Pt 2.0,Co 0.10,Ni 0.10,CU 0.24.是目前已见报道的反相HPLC分离元素最多,对铂族金属检测灵敏度(包括正相和反相)最高的一种方法.This paper reports the separation and determination of Ru( Ⅲ ) ,Rh( Ⅲ ) ,Pd( Ⅱ ), Os(Ⅳ),Ir(Ⅳ),Pt( Ⅱ ),Co( Ⅱ ),Ni( Ⅱ ) and Cu( Ⅱ ) by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. The complexes of platinum group metals with 2-(6-methyl-2-benzoth-iazolylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol can be separated by the mobile phase of 82/18 (V/V) methanol/water, containing 10 mmol/L pH 5. 0 acetate buffer, 10 mmol/L sodium salicylate and 5 mmol/L TEA Br. The detection limit of metal ions is (ng/mL):Ru 2.14, Rh 0.10, Pd 0. 46,Os 1.11, Ir 1. 20, Pt 2. 0, Co 0.1, Ni 0.1 and Cu 0. 24, respectively, when signal to noise ratio is 3. The separated numbers of platinum group metals and co-existing metals by this method are the most, and the detection sensitivity is the highest among the reported documents by reversed-phase HPLC.
