摘  要:通过相转移催化反应使样品中的醇就地衍生为黄原酸盐,然后用微分脉冲极谱测定.提出一个灵敏的含有曙红的支持电解质体系,研究了极谱电流特性及其机理.发现曙红对黄原酸盐在滴汞电极上的还原具有催化作用以及得到极谱峰电位随醇的碳数而变化的特殊规律.本法适用于水溶性低碳数醇的测定.并成功地应用于啤酒分析.Alcohols, after in situ derivatization to the corresponding alkyl xanthates under phase-transfer catalysis, were determined in aqueous solution by differential-pulse polarogra-phy. A supporting electrolyte system containing Eosin was proposed. The catalysis effect of Eosin on the reduction of xanthates at DME was found, and the special law of peak potential changing with different carbon number of alcohols was obtained. The method can be used for the determination of low carbon number alcohols which are water-soluble, and has been applied successfully to the determination of ethanol in commercial beers.
