摘 要:指出了碱性介质中,对羟基苯乙酸(HPA)、对羟基苯丙酸(HPPA)、高香草酸(HVA)、对甲基酚(MPA)和扑热息痛(PR)等对位取代酚类物质的溶液,在光照下发生自氧化还原反应,产生荧光二聚体,此二聚体与酶反应产物具有相同的荧光光谱行为.在不同的介质中,二聚体的生成速率及其荧光强度明显不同.在NaHCO_3-NaOH介质中二聚体生成速度快,荧光强度大.HPA、HPPA、MPA、HVA和PR的光化学荧光测定结果表明,在NaH-CO_3-NaOH介质中,其光化产物的荧光强度比在NaOH介质中分别增强了1.5、2.3、3.0、5.8、5.0倍.该法可用于PR片剂中PR含量的测定.It was demonstrated that in alkaline medium the p- (substituted phenols such as p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid(HPA), p-hydroxyphenylpropanoic acid(HPPA), homovanillic acid(HVA), p-methylphenylic acid(MPA) and parace tamol(PR)) can produce self-redox reaction and produce fluorescent dimers under irradiation. The photochemical reaction products have the same fluorescence spectra as those of the products in enzyme reaction. In the different media, the reaction rate for the above mentioned phenols is fast. The fluorescence intensity for HPA,HPPA, MPA, HVA and PR in NaHCO3-NaOH medium is increased by 1. 5, 2. 3, 3. 0, 5. 8 and 5. 0-folds, respectively, over those in NaOH medium. The method has been used to determine PR in PR tablets with satisfactory results.
