摘 要:本文用阳极溶出伏安法直接在玻碳电极上测定铜。在H_2SO_4介质中加入微量碘离子使灵敏度大大提高,可测定1ng/mL铜。该方法用于人体血清中铜的测定,结果令人满意。证明在碘离子存在下,铜溶出时生成了碘化亚铜沉淀,加速了溶出反应的进行。利用溶度积的关系来提高阳极溶出伏安法的灵敏度,是一种有效的方法。he determination of copper in thebase solution of 0.2mol/L H_2SO_4-5×10 ̄(-4)mol/L I ̄- by using ASV with rotating discglassy carbon electrode as working electro-de is described.The method has been appliedto the determination of copper in humanserum,the results are reliable and satisfacto-ry, the recovery was 95%~105%,Themechanism of stripping process was studied. The copper preconcentrated on working elec-trode produced Cu ̄+ in the stripping process,which would react with I ̄- in the base solu-tion,and gave rise to Cu_2I_2 precipitate,Sothat the stripping process was accele vatedand the sensitivity was increased.Therefore. using solubility product to increase the sen-sitivity of ASV was very convenient andcould be well utilized.
