摘　　要：讨论了矿物晶体结构、化学状态、导电性能、密度、光电效应、热稳定性等因素对电子探针定量分析精度的影响,提出了应当注意的问题及应采取的措施。The influence of crystal structure, chcmical bnnding type?chemical state, conductivity, density, photo-electric-ity and thermal stability of minerals on the accuracy of quantitative analysis of electron microprobe is discussed. The problems that necds attention and the measures that should be taken are pointcd out.
