摘  要:本文利用沉积沉淀法制备了几种负载型催化剂,利用BET比表面积测定、金属铜表面积测试、X光衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜分析和程序升温还原等实验技术进行了研究并与共沉淀法制备的催化剂进行了对比,结果表明,在同样的元素组成条件下,沉积沉淀法制备的催化剂的母体主要由M相[(Cu,Zn)2(OH)2CO3]组成,氧化态催化剂中铜和锌分布均匀,还原后催化剂中铜表面积大,将铜锌铝的盐溶液沉积沉淀到氢氧化铝载体表面上可以获得性能优良的合成低碳混合醇催化剂。在压力为5.0MPa,温度300℃,空速3000h(-1)的反应条件下,反应产品液体醇收率达到0.34g/ml·h.其中C2以上醇含量达到79.5%。有很好的开发前景。Supported Cu-based catalysts(DP-type catalysts)for the synthesis of lower alcohols were prepared by deposition-precipitation methods. The resulted catalysts were characterized by BET surface measurement, Cu area measurement, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and temperature programmed reduction. A typical catalyst was also prepared by coprecipitation method for comparison.It was found that,with the same concentration of the components the DP-type catalysts are composed of mainly the so-called M-phase-[(Cu,Zn)2(OH)2CO3]. In these catalysts, Cu and Zn are highly dispersed. The reduced DP-type catalysts have large Cu areas. A catalyst with high activity and good thermal stability for the synthesis of lower alcohols is developed. Under the reaction conditions: p=5.0 MPa, T=300℃, and GHSV=3000 h(-1), the yield of alcohols and the selectivity to C2+ OH are 0.34 g/ml·h and 79.5%,respectively.
