摘 要:研究了镍合金对铸铁短纤维烧结体组织与烧结特性的影响。含有低熔点镍合金的铸铁短纤维在1100℃烧结时,压坯中可以产生液相,促进镍、铬、硼等合金元素向铸铁中扩散。随镍合金含量增加,铸铁短纤维烧结体的显微组织由铁素体+珠光体向马氏体+奥氏体转变,同时烧结体发生膨胀,孔隙增多。分析了烧结体组织转变及产生膨胀的原因。The effects of nickel-based alloy powder on sintering characteristics and sintered microstructure of short cast-iron fibre have been studied. During the sinter of the short cast-iron fibre compact containing nickel-based alloy with low melting point,at the sintering temperature of 1100℃,the liquid phase may appear in the compact .which can promote the diffusion of elements Ni,Cr,B and etc. into the cast-iron. With the increase of Ni-based alloy content, the microstructure of sintered compact may transform from ferrite + pearlite into martensite+austenite,and meanwhile its volume expansion may occur,so as to increase more pores in the sintered compact. The reason of microstructure transformation and volume expansion of the sinterd compact have been analyzed and discussed too.
