摘　　要：本文介绍一种用于体细胞正向突变实验的根据泊松分布和诱变效应的细胞群体选择法。在用EMS诱发V79细胞的叫oua^R突变体的实验中,该法重复性较好且节约人力和物力。实验测得EMS的诱变潜能(D_(10C))为0.13±0.014mM。A method based on the Poisson distribution and the mutagenic response to estimate the cell population size is introuced. In data analysis of the dose-response curve in V79/oua mutation assay system induced by EMS, We discuss the relationships among the cell population size, the mutagenic response and the variability of the mutant frequency. D_(10C) of EMS is 0.13 mM in this case.
