摘  要:本文介绍了福州首次引进钻(冲)孔灌注桩桩底高压注浆新工艺在处理桩底沉渣及持力层软化问题上获得成功,可提高单桩承载力达一倍以上。同时还着重介绍了该工艺处理桩底虚上的机理、施工要点、难点和效益。通过工程实践证明应用压浆技术,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益,有较大的推广应用价值。This paper presents the new technics of pile-end high-pressure grouting used in the cast -in-situ pile which is first introducde in Fuzhou reion. As a successful example, it deals well with the pile-end sediment and the softening of supporting stratum, doubling the bearing capacity of the single pile. Meanwhile, it mainly points out the mechanism, construction main points and problem as well as the potential ualues when us ing this new technics. By field engineering practising, the technics is belieued to haue excellent economic and social ualues and is worth to be put into practice more widely.
