摘　　要：本文从七度设防区砖混结构抗震设计的角度,叙述了砖混结构房屋的震害情况,总结出这种结构体系在抗震设计中容易出现的问题,并分析原因,提出了做好砖混结构抗震设计的五条建议。With the view of and-seismic design of concrete and brick structure for the anti -seismic district agaist Degree 7 earthquake, the text describes the damage situation of concrete and brick structure houses in the earthquake and gives a summary of frequently occoured proplems in the antiseismic design of this structure. It analyses the causes and presents five suggestions for the anti -seismic design of concrete and brick structure.
