摘 要:将ECO1、ECO2、ECO3和ECO-mixture不同血清型大肠杆菌菌株接种于牛体胆囊培植牛黄.测定接种前后胆汁中β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(β-G酶)活性及培植1a后牛黄产量及胆红素含量.结果表明.ECO1、ECO2菌株的β-G酶活性,牛黄胆红素含量比ECO3菌株、ECO-mixture菌株明显升高(P<0.01),但牛黄产量明显偏低(P<0.01);ECO-mixture菌株的β-G酶活性、牛黄胆红素含量比ECO3菌株明显升高(P<0.01),但牛黄产量相近(P>0.05).综合判断ECO-mixture菌株是培植牛黄的优良菌株.Four strains of non-pathogenic Escherichia coli,with different serotypes,named as ECO1 ECO2,ECO3 and ECO-mixture,were inoculated into bovine gall bladders to induce bezoars.A few of biles from gall bladders were sampled prior to and post inoculation for the examination of β-glucuronidase activities and the amount of bezoar produced in the gall bldders and its bilirubin contents were examined a year later. The results showed that the levels of β-glucuronidase in the bile and bilirubin in the bezoar inoculated with ECOlor ECO2 were significantly higher than those with ECO3 and ECO-mixture (P<0. 01);Howerer,the amount of bezoar induced by ECO1 and ECO2 were obviously lower than those form ECO3 and ECO-mixture. The β-glucuronidase activities in the bile and bilirubin content in the bezoar inoculated with ECOmixture were significantly higher than those with ECO3 (P<0. 01 ),but the amounts of bezoars induced by these two strains were basically similar(P >0.05).As a conclution,ECO-mixture was considered as the best strain of E.coli for the cultivation of artificial bezoar in this experiment.
