绿僵菌对橄榄星室木虱的室内毒力测定

摘　　要：室内毒力测定结果表明，采用含菌量为１．１６×１０９、０．９８×１０９、０．２９×１０９和０．１３×１０９孢子·ｍＬ－１的绿僵菌菌液喷洒橄榄星室木虱的若虫，寄生率分别达到５３％、３２．７％、１９．０％和１８．７％．比喷洒清水的对照（寄生率为０％）均有显著的毒力，而且毒力的大小与菌液浓度成正比．The results of the virulence test in our lab showed that using four concetrations of spore suspension of Metarhizium anisopliae var.anisopliae,1.16×109,0.98×109,0.29×109 and 0.13×109· mL-1,to spray the nympha of Pseudophacopteron canarium got the parasitic rates of 53%,32.7%, 19.0% and 18.7% differentally.The CK was sprayed with water which parasitic rate was zero.It demonstrates that four treatments all have obvirulence to P.canarium,and the degtee of virulence has a direct ratio of the spore suspensions.
