神蜂精的药效学试验──Ⅰ．神蜂精的消炎镇痛作用

摘　　要：采用ＩＣＲ纯系小鼠为试验动物，对新中成药擦剂神峰精进行消炎镇痛药理试验．结果显示：神蜂精局部外用对角叉菜胶皮下注射诱发的急性炎症模型抑制率为１３．９２％，超过阳性激素药氯氟舒松软膏的抑制率８．７３％（Ｐ＜０．０５；对巴豆油局部刺激诱发的急性炎症性水肿抑制率达４４．３２％，与阳性对照药氯氟舒松软膏的抑制率４６．７９％相返对皮下注射甲醛诱发的亚急性炎症抑制率为２９．３６％，而阳性对照药氯氟舒松软膏抑制率为４２．６３％；神蜂精局部外用对埋棉球所诱发的皮下慢性肉肿形成的抑制率为２４．９７％，而皮下注射的阳性对照药氢化可的松抑制率为３５．９１％；对皮下注射角叉菜胶诱发的疼痛反应，外涂神蜂精对疼痛反应抑制率为４５．３１％，与阳性对照药氯氟舒松软膏的抑制率４９．１７％相近．试验结果提示，神蜂精具有很好的消炎镇痛作用，其应用前途广泛．The Phamacological experunents of Shen Feng Jing on the anti-inflammation and pain-easing were made by using ICR rats. The results showed that the inhibitory rate of this drug with local application or the acute inflammatory model induced by Carrageenan(SC)was 13.92 which was higher than that of hormone ointment of Fluocinonidum 8.73%(P<0.05);the inhibitory rate on the acute inflammatory oedema induced locally by croton oil was 44.32% approximating with Fluocinonidum(46.79%);the inhibitory rate on the subacute inflammation induced by formaldehyde(SC)was 29.36% where as 42.63% for Fluocinonidun; the inhibitory rate on the chronic wart induced by ambushed ball of cotton was 24.97% where as 35.91% for Hydrocortisonum(SC),th. inhibitory rate in response to the pain induced by Carrageenan(SC) was 45.31% appromating with the inhibitory rate of Fluocmonidum ointment(49.17%).The results ha、also indicated that Shen Feng Jing has a promising perspective in anti-inflammation and pain-easing.
