摘 要:20CrMnTi钢齿轮毛坯经锻造余热淬火+60-650℃高温回火代替锻造后正火(原工艺),在后续加工中,齿轮表面粗糙度(本文测定Rz值)由原工艺的15.4μm下降到4.9μm以下,刀具磨损量仅少量增加,解决了长期以来原工艺由于硬度低引起的粘刀和表面粗糙大的问题.高温碳-氮共渗的有效硬化层深度由0.72mm增加到0.8mm,渗层组织也得到改善;同时还节约用电47%.By replacing of air cooling after forging and normaizing with ausforging and 600 -650℃ tempering to treat 20CrMnTi steel semifinshed gear,the surface rating, Rz, was reduced from 15.4 μm to 4.9 μm with little increase of the abtasion wear of cutting tools in next process,which solves the problem of the adhesive phenomenon and high surface rating due to low hardeness.Furthermore,the effective case depth after carbonitriding was increased form 0.72 mm to 0.8 mm.In addtion,the electricity consumption was decreased by Fort-seven percent
