蛋鸭AKP同工酶表型与生产性能的关系

摘　　要：利用Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ４个品系１２组莆田黑鸭母鸭研究ＡＫＰ同工酶表型和生产性能的关系。本实验检测到Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ六种碱性磷酸酶同工酶表现型，它们与蛋鸭的蛋重和蛋数性状有一定相关性，其中Ａ、Ｄ系蛋重，Ⅴ型频率最高；Ｂ、Ｃ系蛋多，主要表现Ⅳ型。Ⅴ型和２号带的频率与蛋重正相关、与蛋数负相关；Ⅳ型的结果与Ⅴ型相反；Ⅰ、Ⅱ型和４号带与蛋用性能没有相关。蛋鸭血清ＡＫＰ同工酶型应是辅助选种的生化遗传标记。The relationship between the phenotype of AKP isozyme and performance was examined in 12 groups of 4 strains(A,B,C,D)of putian Black Duck. There were 6 phenotypes(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ)tested. The strain A and D were characterized with egg weight strongly related to the frequency of phenotype V,While the strain B and C characterized with egg numbers highly re-lated to the frequency of phenotype Ⅳ. the frequency of phenotype V and Band 2 of AKP isozyme were positively correlated with the egg weight,negatively with the egg number.The AKP isozyme was a genetic marker to help breeding.
