玉米抗大斑病菌品种特异性抗病蛋白的初步研究

摘　　要：采用有机溶剂提取和聚丙烯酰胺等电聚焦电泳方法，从玉米抗大斑病菌品种“苏玉四号”叶片中初步鉴定了其特异性抗病蛋白。通过与大斑病菌孢子的孵育实验，确认该特异性蛋白质能与孢子产生吸附，并对孢子的萌发有较强的抑制作用，并对兔红细胞有凝集作用，该特异性抗病蛋白质的等电点为５．０。In this study,we find that the leave-protein-extract from Helminthosporium turcicum Pass resistant variety 'Suyu Ⅳ' shows an inhibitant effect on spores'germination, but the susceptible variety 'Huangzhao 4' does not have the effect. Isoelectric Focusing(IEF)electrophoresis of the two kinds varieties turns out that there is a protein (pI:5.0)in 'Huangzhao 4'disappears after its leave-protein-extract incubate with spores. The correspording protein in 'Suyu Ⅳ' maybe the major factor which contributes to this variety Helminthos porium turcicum Pass resistance (resistant protein). Agglutination test shows that the leave-protein-extract from the 'Suyu Ⅳ'have agglutinative activity of rabbit red cells.
