摘　　要：凝胶扩散-酶联免疫吸附试验是一种定量测定特异性抗体的新方法。以此法检测125份猪囊虫阳性猪血清,阳性反应118份,敏感性为94.4％。检测206份非流行区无囊虫感染的猪血清,阴性反应187份,恃异性为90.8％。本法具有操作简便、敏感、特异、不需用大型仪器等优点,适于基层单位推广使用。Diffusion in gel-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (DIG-ELISA) is a simple method for quantitative determination of specific antibodies. One hundred and twenty-five samples of sera of pigs infected with Cysticercus celluloSae were tested by this method, and 118 were positive. The sensitivity was 94.4%. Of 206 samples of sera of pigs without Cysticercus infections, 187 were negative. The specificity was 90.8%. This method is sensitive, specific, simple and feasible in fieldwork or in rural area.
