脾虚患儿头发微量元素的变化──附93例临床检测报告

摘　　要：通过临床检测９３例脾虚患儿及３０例健康儿童的头发微量元素锌、铁、铜的水平，发现脾虚患儿的锌、铁含量明显低于健康儿童，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），铜无明显变化。笔者认为微量元素锌、铁是中医脾功能的物质基础。The trace elements in the hairs such as Zn、Fe 、Cu,were detected in 93 cases of children with spleen defeciency and in 30 cases of normal children.The result showed that the contents of Zn and Fe in spleen defeciency group were obviously lower than that in normal group(P<0.01) while the content of Cu had no difference.It indicated that the contents of Zn and Fe were the material basis of TCM spleen defeciency.
