中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病78例

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的慢性并发症之一。它的病理基础是糖尿病性微血管病变。该病相当于祖国医学的“消渴”、“水肿”、“眩晕”、“内障”等症范畴。糖尿病肾病预后不良，特别是进入尿毒症期更为严重。本组７８例经中西医结合治疗后，６５例恢复正常，浮肿、蛋白尿消失。肾功能异常４７例中，４２例恢复正常。The diabetic renopathy is one of the chronic complications of diabetes mellitus.The diabetic changes of miro-vessels is the pathologic basis.In TCM,accoding to the manifestations,this disease can beclassified as Xiao Ke(excessive eating-drinking-urine).edima,vertigo or interior obstacles.The prognosis of diabetic renopathy is not good,especially for those in the period of uraemia.In this article,78 cases were treated with integrated TCM-WM.65 cases completely recovered which the edima and albuminuria disappeared.Among 47 cases with impairment of renal function,42 cases completely recovered.
