中西医结合治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎362例

摘　　要：小儿喘憋性肺炎是婴幼儿期常见的下呼吸道疾病。对其中寒喘型患儿，在应用西药基础上加用中药小青龙汤加味治疗３６２例，单纯应用西药治疗２１１例，两组疗效比较ｔ＝２．１３，Ｐ＜０．０１，有显著差异，表明中西医结合治疗疗效明显优越。The infantile asthmatic pneumonia is one of the common lower respiratory tract diseases in infancy.For the patients with cold type.,there were 362 cases in Integrated TCM and WM Group(G1) which the modified Xiao Qinglong(Minor Decoction of Green Dragon) based on the western medicine was used,and there were 211 cases in WM Group(G2)which the single western medicine was used.The comparation of the effects between two group showed that t=2.13,P<0.01,and the effect in G1 was obviously better than that in G2.
