慢性胃炎女性患者肾阴虚证型机理初步探讨

摘　　要：本文测定３３例慢性胃炎女性肾阴虚证型病人血清Ｅ２、ＤＢＨａｓｅ和２４小时尿１７－ＯＨＣＳ含量，并对２２名同年龄段正常女性进行对照试验。结果病人组血Ｅ２和２４ｈ尿１７－ＯＨＣＳ显著低於对照组，而血ＤＢＨａｓｅ明显高於对照组，且Ｅ２与ＤＢＨａｓｅ呈负相关。提示慢性胃炎女性肾阴虚证患者表现阴虚阳亢症状与卵巢功能下降导致交感能神经亢进有内在联系。In 33 cases of female patients with kidney Yin defeciency in chronic gastritis,the contents of serum E2 DBHase and 17-OHCS in 24hours urine were tested .and were controled with 22 cases of normal females in the same age.The result showed that.the contents of serum E2 and 17-OHCS in 24 hours,urine in the patients,group were obviouly lower than that in control group while the content of DBHase was obviously higher.There was a negative correlation between E2 and DBHase It is indicated that,in kidney Yin defeciency syndrom in female patients with chronic gastritis.there is a internal relation between the symptoms of Yin defeciency with hyperactivity of Yang and the hyperactivity of sympathetic nerve due to hyp-ovaria.
