单鳍线加载鳍片传输特性分析

摘　　要：应用谱域法及模匹配法分析了光刻在单鳍线背面金属鳍片的散射特性，并用多端口网络连接技术确定出有限长度鳍片的广义散射矩阵，给出等效电路并分析了其传输特性。The scattering characteristics or the metal fin photoetched on the back of the unilateral finline are presented by using the spectral domain method in combination with the mode matching technique.The generalized scattering matrix of this structure with a finite length is determined with the multiport-network technique.The equivalent circuit is given and transmission characteristics are analysed Finally.
