摘 要:如果电极反应过程遵循Tafel规律,则在进行稳态极化测量情况下,可以用本文提出的数据处理方法对用等间距恒电位测量或等间距恒电流测量的极化数据进行处理,求得参考电极至工作电极之间的溶液电阻和Tafel斜率的数值,从而得到消除了溶液电阻欧姆电位降的真实极化曲线.计算机模拟结果和实验结果都证明,即使在溶液电阻并不大的介质中,如果腐蚀电流密度比较大,溶液电阻对于极化测量的影响也不可忽视.It was demonstrated by computer-simulated and experimental curves that even if the solution resistance between the reference and working electrodes was not very large, the influence of the solution resistance on the measured polarization values in high polarization region was still significant and the Tafel plots were unreliable if the corrosion current density of the working electrode was sufficient large. A data-processing method was proposed to estimate the value of the solution resistance and to eliminate its influence on the Tafel plot. The prerequisites for applying the proposed method are: 1) The polarization measurements should be carried out in stationary equi-spaced potential controlled or equi-spaced current controlled manner; 2) The polarization data to be processed should be within high polarization region, i.e., the effect of the opposite reaction should be negligible; 3) The rate of the electrode reaction studied should follow Tafel laW.
