摘 要:在后插参比电极测量法的基础上,运用极化曲线测试技术测出的累加平均腐蚀速度普遍高于实际腐蚀速度,两者之间具有很好的线性相关性.依此制定了一项电化学评价方法,对钢铁材料在不同土壤腐蚀体系中的腐蚀行为进行了研究和评估,通过室内试验,表明土壤湿度、含气率和盐分含量三个因素共同影响着土壤腐蚀行为.Polarization curve measurements were performed on soil electrolytic-cells by back-inserted reference electrode method. To determine the corrosion rate of carbon steel in various soil corrosion systems, a low-Polarization-curve-fitting technique was used to process the measured data. It was found that, for most of the specimens, the average corrosion rates obtained from polarization tests were higher than those calculated from the estimated weight losses, but there was a good linear relationship between them. Therefore, with the electrochemical technique,the corrosivity of different types of soil for carbon steel can be experimentally evaluated and investigated. The results also indicated that the soil moisture content, airpore content and total salt content deeply affected the corrosion behavior of carbon steel in soil. The maximum corrosion rate in soil always occurs at moisture content between 30 ̄60% of water holding capacity, and the moisture value for the maximum corrosion rate varies with the total salt content in the soil.
