双环戊二烯改性不饱和聚酯树脂的合成

摘　　要：本文用水解加成法合成了气干性双环戊二烯型不饱和聚酯树脂。用理论分析、ＩＲ和ＮＭＲ谱图等手段研究了合成反应机理和最佳工艺条件，获得胶凝时间短、固化速度快、机械强度高、硬度大和耐介质性良好的气干性树脂。Air-drying-DCPD-type unsaturated polyester resin prepared by using modifiedhydrolysis addition method was proposed in the paper. By virtue of the theoretical analysis ofIR and NMR,the mechanism of synthesis reaction and the optimal technological conditionswere investigated.As a result, development was completed on the air drying unsaturatedpolyester resins,which have excellent properties such as shorter gelation time, higher curedvelocity, higher mechanical strength, greater hardness,and better thermal and chemical resistances.
