摘　　要：针对宁南半干旱区旱作农业举步艰难的局面，讨论了在水热条件较好的灌区实行多熟种植开发夏闲地的必要性和可能性，并利用西北黄土高原夏闲地开发可行性决策咨询系统对典型乡镇进行了上机咨询，得到了夏闲地开发的可行性方案并给出了主要多熟作物组合的实际生产力和栽培技术要点。With the purpose to tackle the difficult conditions of rainfed agriculturein the semiarid irrigated area in South Ningxia,this paper discusses the necessity andpossibility of practising multiple cropping system in the irrigated area with better waterand heat conditions as well as the exploration of summer fallow lands.The consultingexpert decision-taking system for the feasible esploration of summer fallow lands on theLoess Plateau in northwest China was used to consult the typical townships and toans oncomputer thereby to obtaia the feasible scheme of summer fallow land development andto work out the actual productivity of combination of the major multiple cropping pat-terns and some technical key points of crop cultivation.
