摘  要:调查了甘肃天水地区33属71种豆科植物的结瘤固氮状况,其中29种为Allen文献中未记载的结瘤豆科植物,新发现结瘤豆科植物20种,该地区根瘤大多圆形、棒状,形态较为规则,对120多个根瘤样品的乙炔还原活力测定表明,36.5%为无效根瘤,不同种豆科根瘤其活性相差不大,一般均较低,乙炔还原活力小于1μmolC2H4/g·h的豆科根瘤占35%,最高者仅37.73μmolC2H4/g·h(米口袋状棘豆)。This paper investigated the nodule status of nitrogen fixation of 71 species of legume in Tianshui district of Gansu. In which 29 species are the legume not recorded in the document of Alien, and 20 species are new ones. Root nodules in the district are mostly in the shape of round and stick. Through the determination on the acetylene reduction activity of over 120 root nodules,it showed that 36. 5% of which are the ineffective root nodules. The activities of different legume root nodules show a little differences. There are 35% of legume root nodules whose acetylene reduction activity is below 1μmol C2H4/g·h, the highest is only 37. 73.
