摘  要:本文作者1989─1994年六年间对小麦联合固氮菌和蚕、豌豆根瘤菌进行了试验示范,并在省内推广应用400多万亩,取得了良好的社会经济效益。与此同时积极开展进行了固氮菌高效优良菌株的筛选、固氨酶活性、有效使用条件等多项研究,并研制成功“肥禾灵”固氨菌液体和冻干制剂,为省内粮食丰产起到了应有作用。根据甘肃省省情、自然气候特点、土壤条件等,认为今后大力发展应用微生物肥料具有广阔前景。Wheat combination nitrogen─fixing bacteria(Klebsiella pneumoniae )and Rhizobium legumi-nosarum bv. viceae had been experimented and demonstrated by the authors for six years from1989 to 1994,and they had been utilized and popularized in more than four millions Mu in Gansuprovince. Good social and economical benefits have been gained. At the same time,various re-search works had been carried out actively such as the election of the fine,high ─effect K.Pstrains,the activity of the nitrogen─fixing enzyme and conditions for effective application,etc.;liquid and solid bacteria agents named″Fei He Lin″have been successfully made,It has played agood role in getting bumper harvest for crops production in Gansu. According to the circumstances of Gansu province and the characteristics of natural climateand conditions of soil etc.,We hold that developing and applying bacteria fertilizers by all effortswill enjoy a bright prospect.
