摘　　要：采用多肽固相合成法合成了ＦＤＰ相关肽类似物ＲＧＥＳ，经ＨＰＬＣ检测，其纯度达９０．８％，氨基酸组成分析及质谱法测定分子量结果均与理论值相符合。生物活性研究表明，在体外，该肽能有效地抑制ＡＤＰ引起的人血小板聚集作用，并可使家兔血浆纤溶酶活性提高。RGES was synthesized by the solid phase method in 90.8%Purity on HPLC.The data ob-tained from amino acid analysis and fast atom bombardment were in good agreement with theoret-ical values. The studies of biological activity demonstrated that the peptide inhibits efficiently invitro ADp─induced human platelet aggregation and increases evidently the activity of plasmin ofthe rabbit.In vivo, the peptide inhibits efficiently experimental thrombosis in the rabbit.
