摘 要:本研究选择了79份采集于四川野外的甘蔗近缘种,属材料作了酯酶同工酶分析。结果表明:不同种,属的材料同工酶谱各异。66份割手密材料共呈现10酶带、18种酶谱类型,这表明四川割手密具多样性。在酶谱分析中,某些酯带有无与割手密材料的来源有关,某些迁移率较低的酶带出现与否与材料的开花早迟、株叶型和锤度等性状有密切关系。Isoenzymes of esterase was analysed in 79 clones of wild germplasm plants related to sugarcane that were collected in Sichuan. The results showed: varied electrophoretogram pattern of tested clones were due to various species or gerera. There were 10 engymic bands classified into 18 types to 66 clones of S. spontaneum. Precent of some engymic bands were related to S. spontaneum that came from various river area in Sichuan. Specifically,precent of some engymic bands that removal rate was lawer were related to flowering period,plants hight, stalk diameter, leaf types and brix of tested clones.
