摘  要:近红外敏感的功能分离型有机光接受体系的光导性能研究Ⅰ.酞菁氧钒晶粒尺寸对其体系光导性能的影响刘广宁,王艳乔,任德源,邱家白(中国科学院化学研究所,北京100080)关键词酞菁氧钒,电照相,光接受器件激光打印和静电复印技术是当今信息处理、加工与传递的重...Two types of vanadyl phthalocyanine(VOPc),sample A and sample B,as near-in-frared(NIR)sensitive carrier generation material(CGM)were prepared and used to coat a function-separated photoreceptor with butadiene derivative which was used for carrier transport material(CTM).The electrophotographic properties of the photoreceptors were measured at 780 nm;and the differences of X-ray powder diffraction,SEM and absorptionspectra were observed betweeen sample A and sample B. In paticularly,effects of particlesize on the photoconductivity were investigated.
