摘  要:粉末冶金高温合金的难题之一是非金属夹杂问题。夹杂物对合金性能有很坏影响。国产氩气雾化粉末经热等静压或再经锻造的FGH95合金也出现多种夹杂,影响力学性能稳定。为了解决这一问题,作者对夹杂物的数量、类型、形貌、分布、影响和来源作了较系统的研究。在所研究的合金中,含铝、硅的夹杂物占夹杂物总量一半以上。夹杂物主要来自重熔雾化所接触的耐火材料。其次,与母合金冶炼所用原材料质量差、脱氧不良以及粉末处理的环境污染有关。One of the main problems of P/M superalloys is the nonmetallic inclu-sions which deteriorate the properties of the alloys. The domestic alloy FGH95 made from argon atomized powder,then consolidated by HIP with or without forging,also contains various kinds of inclusions affecting the stability of mechanical properties. In order to solve this problem,the amount,sort,morphology,distribution,effect and source of these inclusions were investigated systematically.In the alloy investigated,the amount of aluminium and silicon bearing inclusions is more than 1/2 of the total inclusions. The inclusions mainly come from the refractories used in remelting and argon atomizing process. Moreover,some of them are related to the inferior raw ma-terials used and poor deoxidation in smelting of master alloy as well as to the con-tamination in powder treatment.
