摘　　要：观察了胸腺肽转移因子对36例柯萨奇B(简称CB)病毒性心肌炎的治疗,对其免疫功能进行动态观察和评价.结论①HK细胞活性呈有意义之提高(P<0.01);②CD_3、CD_8提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),CD_4;无显著差异,因而CD_4/CD_8值下降;③CB_(1～6)中和抗体效价无显著差异(P>0.05),提示该治疗可对机体的免疫功能,主要是细胞免疫功能产生影响而达治疗目的。Effect of thymosinum ( THS ) and transfer factor (TF) on clinical immunolog-ical indexes in patients with coxsackie B virus myopericarditis were observed in our hospital.The results demonstrated that:(1) activity of natural kill cell (NKC) increased markedly after treatment with THS and TF in studied group (group A) P<0.01; (2)a-mong T lymphocyte sub-group,averaged concentration (persent) was higher than those before treatment (CD3 P<0.05 CD8 P<0.01,respectively); and also,non change of CD4 average percent made the ratio of CD4/CD8 decrease; (3)non change of anti-coxsackre B virus antibody ralue was revealed (P>0.05).Thest implints THS and TF show certain effect on coxsackie B virus myopericarditis by means of stimulating T lymphocyte subgroup and increasing cellular immunological function,and balancing immunological system.
