神经系统免疫性疾病的脑脊液细胞学观察

摘　　要：应用侯氏玻片离心法做74例(79次)神经系统免疫性疾病脑脊液细胞学检查.男38.女36,年龄1.5～74岁.其中41例(43次)散发性脑炎,18例(20次)脱髓鞘疾病,12例(12次)格林巴利症及3例(4次)重症肌无力.认为脑脊液中出现高比例转化淋巴细胞或浆细胞有助于散发性脑炎或脱髓鞘疾病的诊断.We had done cerebrospinal fluid cyto-logic examination for 74 cases (79 specimens) suffered from neuroimmunologic disease by Hou xide's slide centrifuge imethod. Among the 74 patients (male 38.female 36).their ages ranged from 1.5~74.There were 41 (43 specimens) sporadic encephalitis,multiple sclerosis 12 (13 specimens) neuromyelitis optica 5 (6 specimens),diffuse sclerosis 1 (1 specimen),guillain barre syndrome and myathenia gravis.In (?) specimens of the sporadic encephalitis cases,29 specimens of the CSF were prevalent with transformed lymphocyte,11 specimens were appearance of the plasma cell.The 20 specimens of the demylinating disease.10 specimens of CSF were prevalent with transformed lymphocyte,9 specimens were appearance of the plasma cell.According to above results,we can considerate that the appearance of high proportion of the transformed lymphocyrtes or the plasma cell in the CSF.may be helped the diagnosis of the sporadic encephalitis and the demylinating disease.
