摘　　要：本文介绍了由８０９８单片机控制的计长仪的整个设计过程，给出了硬件配置与软件流程，并分析了该单片机所特有的高速输入口ＨＳＩ对计长脉冲的采样及高速输出口ＨＳＯ经编程而产生的ＰＷＭ脉冲在控制转速中的运用。从而体现出８０９８单片机的小体积、高集成、多功能的优异性能。this paper in troduces the design of 8098 thread measuring instrument with monoset controuer, its hatdware part and its software process, It also makesau analysis on the sample of the high efficlent instrument's HsI pulses of the autput aud Hso of the input which may be used in the Controller, The instrument is featureq with smauness, high synthesis and multi purpose,
