摘　　要：天津钢管公司的Φ２７０ｍｍ连铸圆坯经６５０轧机轧制成Φ１１０ｍｍ圆管坯，再由Φ１００ｍｍ自动轧管机组生产低、中压锅炉用无缝钢管的试验结果表明，钢管质量完全符合ＧＢ３０８７－８２标准中规定的各项技术指标要求。Tianjin Steel Tube Corp. has taken successfully the polit production of lower & medium pressure boiler pipes by means of the process that the Φ270mm continuous cast round is first rolled on the Φ650mm pipe mill into the Φ110mm mother tube which is then further processed into the lower or medium pressure boiler pipe with the Φ100mm plug mill.The pipes of the trial production are in full compliance with all the relevant technical criteria as specified under the applicable Chinese Standard GB3087-82.
