摘 要:提出了一种新的板形检测理论和方法─-激振测频法(次声级激振测频法)。该方法通过机械动作,随机地给板材施加周期性的次声级阶跃激励,然后用测振传感器测量板材横向上各点的振动频率,通过标定板材和计算机分析各点张力与振动频率的对应关系,确定板形质量数据。经过在实验室和生产现场的试验,证明这种检测方法简单易行,且测量精度较高。The paper puts forward a new theory and method for measuring the flatness of sheetmetal measurement for vibration frequency excited by infrasonic vibration,The method stochasticlygives measured sheet metal a infrasonic step excited by mechanical movement, then measures thevibration frequency along the transverse direction of the sheet metal by vibration sensors.Then thecorrespond relationship between vibration frequency and tension is analyzed by computer andstandard modeI to decide the quanlity data of the sheet metal flatness,With experiment inlaboratory and worksite, it is proved that method is simple and practicable, and has good measuring precision.
