摘　　要：论述宝钢炼钢厂转炉煤气烟尘回收利用及改善环境的新工艺，即ＯＧ泥浆浓缩泵送喷浆法。该新工艺对原国外总承包设计的小球工段，即ＯＧ泥浆脱水汽车运输干燥造球法做了彻底改造。经改造后的新工艺极大地改善了操作、环保条件，节约了生产经营费用，满足了宝钢的生产需求。A new process for converter gas dust recovery, utilization and improvement ofenvironment in Baoshan Iron and Steel(Group)Co. is put into operation. This process is callcd themethod of OG slurry concentration ,and transfer and injection by pump. The little ball section(which consists of OG slurry dewatering,transportation by car and dry ball making) designed byaforeing unit has been completely modified in this process. The new process has greatly improvedplant operation condition and environment,plant productivity cost is saved and the method issatisfied the production requirements of Baoshan Iron and Steel (Group) Co.
